What's included in routine cleaning?

Routine cleaning covers all the basics: dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, wiping down kitchen counters and sinks, cleaning mirrors and glass, emptying trash, and general straightening. It's designed to maintain your home's cleanliness between deeper missions.

How long does a deep clean take?

Deep cleaning missions typically require 4-8 hours depending on your home's size and current condition. Larger homes or properties that haven't been deep cleaned recently may take longer. We'll give you an accurate timeline estimate when we review your specific situation.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Affirmative. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You don't need to provide anything. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, let us know and we'll accommodate.

Do I need to be home during cleaning?

Negative. Most clients prefer to be away during the mission so our team can work efficiently without disruption. As long as we have secure access to your property, you're free to go about your day. We'll lock up and secure everything when the mission is complete.

What if my home is larger or unusually dirty?

No problem. Homes over 3,500 sq ft or properties requiring extra attention are quoted individually. We assess the situation honestly and give you a fair price based on the actual work required. We don't shy away from tough missions—that's what we're trained for.

Are pets okay during cleaning?

Absolutely. We're pet-friendly. Just let us know about your furry personnel in advance so we can take appropriate precautions. If your pet is anxious around strangers, you might want to secure them in a separate room or arrange for them to be elsewhere during the mission.

Do you handle move-out inspections?

We clean to inspection-ready standards, but we don't conduct official inspections—that's between you and your landlord or property manager. However, our move-out cleaning service is specifically designed to meet typical inspection requirements and maximize your chances of getting your full deposit back.

How do I schedule recurring service?

Submit a service request or call HQ at (815) 668-3498. We'll set up your preferred schedule—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—and assign you a consistent team. Recurring clients get priority scheduling and preferred rates.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Life happens, and we understand that. Just give us a heads up so we can adjust our deployment schedule accordingly.

Are you insured and bonded?

Fully insured and all personnel are background-checked. Your home's security and your peace of mind are mission-critical priorities.

Do you clean commercial properties?

Our primary focus is residential cleaning, but we can handle small commercial spaces on a case-by-case basis. Contact HQ to discuss your specific needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service unless you're set up on a recurring billing schedule.
